We work with homeowners, renters, businesses and property managers on individual projects and regular upkeep. That might mean furnishing an apartment, installing appliances, mounting artwork throughout an office or taking care of recurring repairs at an Airbnb property.

Our ServicesFurniture Assembly
Assembly of furniture, kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, office furniture, outdoor furniture and fitness equipment. Individual pieces or complete room and workspace setups, including door and drawer alignment and adjustments.
Appliance Repair
Repair, installation and maintenance for refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, ranges and ovens. Diagnosis of faults, replacement of failed components and servicing for wear or performance issues.
Plumbing Help
Faucet replacement, bidet installation, small leak repairs, water filtration systems and leak sensors. Individual repairs or several plumbing tasks handled in one visit.
General Mounting
Installation of TVs, mirrors, artwork, shelves, blinds, curtain rods and curtains. A single piece, a gallery wall or mounting throughout a home or office.
Electrical Help
Light fixture, dimmer and switch replacement, LED lighting installation, bulb changes, high-ceiling chandeliers and outlet relocation. The scope of electrical work is reviewed before scheduling.
Smart Home Installation
Installation and configuration of security cameras, smart locks, motion sensors, thermostats, leak sensors and home theater systems. Individual devices or multiple installations throughout a property.
Minor Home Repair
Door, hinge and handle repairs, cabinet and drawer adjustments, small wall repairs and caulking. A sticking door, a drawer that won’t close or a list of repairs that’s been waiting long enough.
Property Maintenance
One-time and ongoing technical maintenance for residences and Airbnb properties. Appliance service, furniture assembly, mounting, installations and minor repairs, arranged around the needs of the property.
Discuss Your Project
Clear terms before the work begins
$149 per hour
The minimum booking is one hour. Billing after the first hour is agreed with you before the work proceeds. All service fees are included in the hourly rate.
Materials and parts
You supply the materials, replacement parts, fixtures or devices required for your project. Send product links, model numbers or photos when discussing the job.
90-day workmanship warranty
Our completed work comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Daily availability
We work seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Visits are scheduled by agreement.
Our service scope is limited to work that does not require permits. The scope of each project is reviewed before booking.
Serving Boston and surrounding communities
We visit apartments, private homes, offices, commercial spaces and Airbnb properties within our service area.
